Each month, we provide one hour of dedicated maintenance covering the following tasks:
Cleaning the floor trap (bottle trap): To prevent odours and blockages.
Cleaning kitchen and bathroom sink wastes.
Tap replacement: Fitting of new taps (if required).
Toilet cistern inspection: Checking and replacing flushing mechanisms.
Note: Prices cover labour only. Materials will be quoted separately if required.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
Price: €29.99/month (excl. VAT).
Minimum term: 3 months.
Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, or Bizum.
Coverage: Valid only for the contracted property.
Service type: Scheduled monthly maintenance (excludes emergency call-outs).
